Buyer aware, open your package and check thoroughly before paying! - Original was impressed that they have hold the range hood for me. Drove across town to pick it up. Initial visual inspection does not have problem on the housing, found out one of the filter tray was damaged(bended) as packaging box was punctured later one. Since I've to drive an hour and it is the only one left, contacted them few times with pictures about the damage with no responds or follow up.
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had the worst experience at this place. First off, they make it almost impossible to return anything. The return process is a nightmare, and they do everything they can to avoid giving you your money back. The lack of professionalism is staggering – from the owner to the girls at the front, it’s clear they have zero training or customer service skills. Warning STAY AWAY : they sell super cheap products for high prices , the worse customer service ever , they only nice to the people who speak punjabi. VERY RUDE OWNER. NEVER AGAIN.
