I purchased Kiddie Photoelectric Smoke Alarm with Hardwire Interconnect, LED Strobe, & Voice One unit was defective and when went to exchange for new one, they would not exchange it. Very disappointed I had to call Kiddie, and put in a complaint on the defective unit Kiddo finally agreed to send a new unit Something customer should have done, bit did not
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I purchased a shower panel from this company three years ago, and just a week or two ago the handle completely corroded from the inside. Fortunately, I was home at the time and heard a loud bang followed by water gushing out. We were already dealing with drain issues, and had we not been home, our entire bathroom would have flooded and caused significant damage.
