I went to this specific location to get my ears pierced for the first time. The staff were very kind and all and respected my identity I truly appreciate it and love their wonderful comments. Huge shout out to Zia to the person that pierced my ears wonderful experience 🤍

For the price you're paying, I would expect better service and quality. I have been here 3 times and have had an issue each one. Either the post is too small, or too big. They can't seem to sell my jewelry that fits correctly. The staff is nice and friendly. However, if I am paying over 100 dollars for a single piercing, I expect not having to return to address issues with my pricing. maybe other people have had better experiences. I am going to try my luck elsewhere.

I went in last night with my friend, and the staff overall was pleasant. However, I was quoted $200 for a tragus piercing because my jewelry was $120 and the piercing fee was going to be $60 for that placement + additional tax. I ended up not having the anatomy to get my tragus so I decided to get my helix pierced with the same jewelry i picked out.
