First, I have to hold myself accountable for even shopping at places where there is a "no refund no exchange" policy. However, to use COVID as the reason is an out right insult to my intelligence. Item was recently purchased, receipt available, package in pristine condition and I did not request a refund. I simply wanted to exchange the item for another of equal value.
