I went in the New Iberia store asking for assistance with buying a wig . U never wore one before and was asking for help /assistance and was shot down she would hardly answer my question also my classmate walked in also needing help she got the same response I’m sure you don’t run your business this way but to have someone like her in your establishment is unacceptable to me and I’ve never been in there again this is just to let you know Brenda

Shopped here today,19 January 2024 (late afternoon) Can't say enough about the two young women that waited on me, both were extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient,and just downright genuine in their concern about my desire and what made me look good. I went in for a mingle grey wig. I left with two totally different colors (wigs) The color and style took a good 7-8 years off my appearance! All because the young lady's sincere concern for me as a customer not just a commission. Excited to wear the wig .
