Replaced the windshield but there was visible distortion. I called the company and was told it was a manufacturer’s defect and that they would replace it. Tech claimed it was normal and didn’t want to replace but finally did. Same visible distortion. Tech still claims it’s normal despite the fact that the original was not like that. The very first time the car was driven the rear view mirror fell off. Very disappointed.

This place is amazing when it comes to difficult problems that do arise in something that should be a simple process. I have a 2023 Honda Ridgeline and the manufacturer defect on camera mount was off so after three windshields in place the manufacturer sent the non defective part, everything recalibrated and good to go. I personally recommend their services for windshield repair.!!

Fast, efficient and timely! They have always done a great job on all windshield replacements for our company vehicles and personal vehicles. Ashley in the office is so kind and helpful!! Highly recommend.

Never use this company, stay away. The Ashley on the phone very rude. The windshield they install with defects, your eyes getting tired after 20 minutes driving. It’s like plastic.
