First I was allowed to schedule an appointment between 4:30-5pm on a Wednesday, I get there and the office is closed, I had called that same morning asking if walk ins were available and was told to schedule an appointment so that was the only window available and my appointment was confirmed, they first put you through pending for approval and my time was approved, but I'm there and no one is in sight so I call and she tells me that she doesn't know why it let me schedule for that time that it shouldn't have let me, then sh... read more

Wasted time here, worker was late, had to call main office to inquire. Finally showed up, about 20 min later told internet down and could not help us and to reschedule. Unfortunately only here for a couple days so big issue with getting this done. Very disappointed. addendum. 1. we arrived 8 min early, office was closed and all lights were off and doors locked. 2. nobody was being helped in the office prior, it was closed.
