I am currently waiting for the woman to return. The sign says 1230 and it is . My appointment was at 1110 this morning (which I arrived at 11) , but she wouldn’t take me because I didn’t have my confirmation number. I didn’t have it bc it wasn’t emailed to me. She said I would have to call customer service to get that number and only begrudgingly gave me the number after I asked. Came in for fingerprinting in the morning, employee showed up late, was not at all apologetic for wasting a customer's time on a Saturday. Employee said that showing a bank statement on my phone was not acceptable, but if I printed it the same document and brought it back, it would be accepted. I mentioned that, alternatively, I had a credit card, but that didn't have my current address. Employee told me to reschedule the appointment.
