Unfortunately I have to give Infinisan one (1) star because I spent 1 week calling their location at least 5-6 times on a daily basis (during their work hours), and nobody picks up the phone. Folks, we're in 2019, consumer experience matters, no matter if you're in the ghetto of Hialeah or the luxurious streets of brickell. Get it together people. Efficiency is imperative, it's not cool that the customer have to drive to your location to get a question answered, because you choose not to answer your calls. Thank you!
