I wired Zach and Krystle funds for a home to be delivered to my park nearly two months ago. The home never arrived and they won't respond to calls, texts, or emails. They've been paid in full and ghosted me - feels like they just stole my money.
DO NOT RECOMMEND Our trailer was bought from then in March of 2024, and they have yet to pick it up. They are stealing pictures of the trailer and using it to resale it without even having it moved off of our property!!!! So ridiculous.
Lack of contact has been an issue but they are working with me on my issue.
Do not do business with this company. My husband moved 8 trailer houses for them. And now no one will return his call so he can get paid. They owe us over $30,000 and they want pay us. So I guess next we we will take legal action against them. So hopefully they get this matter taken care of. I only left one star because I had to leave something to write a review.
9/24/24 Still NO ACTION from the company. I would STAY CLEAR from this group!!! I sold a trailer to this company in early March. I have tried calling, texts, voice mails and emails to the Owner, CEO, COO and the Director of Acquisitions with no response. I am not sure why KaitIyn left the company but she would at least respond to a text or email. I can not understand how a business can operate without answering a phone call or email.
