Outstanding. The store has the look and feel of "you landed in the right spot to get anything fixed". The shop is clean, well set-up, and the staff is excited to help you. I had a Macbook Air screen replaced (by Christian) and the process was seamless, fast, and cost less than I was quoted elsewhere. I dropped off my computer and it was ready that afternoon via an automated text and VM-- just the way I like to be notified during my busy days. Well done.
