Lessons with Ritchie are amazing! They are funny, not exhausting, and well balanced with techniques, exercises and stretching. Highly recommended!

This is without a doubt the best place to practice kickboxing in Vancouver. Teacher are experience and friendly , the way they teach the class make it super fun, but at the same time very intense , you will always learn something new . Amazing environment! Fully recommended
