Stay a way! these are the worst... ZERO stars! Tons of ash NO HEAT ! I’m glad I only have one more bag left ! JUNK !

I just tried Inferno Gold for the first time. It was a great price point at Big Y, so I hadn't done any research in advance. The pellets have burned perfectly and normal level of ash. Very satisfied.

O Stars. We purchased 6 TON of these pellets this year. We have used 1.5 Ton already and we wish we used 0. I have called Lowes, where we have purchased them and the told us to bring in the faulty bags and they will replace them and that they do it all the time, everyone returns them! WHAT??? 95% of the bags are open and 1/3 to 1/2 of almost every bag is dust or a block of water logged rock. We are trying to get Lowes to wave the $65 delivery fee and want them to come and pick up this trash and refund us for them all (that w... read more

The worst pellets ever!Heat was terrible(couldn't heat my dog house)!found blue plastic in the pellets tells me its made from waste wood(waste of money)!Spent more time cleaning clinkers and massive amounts of ash than enjoying the heat and the flame. Dust from pouring the bags in the hopper went every where in the house.Only buy these pellets if you hate your stove and like cleaning .

Terrible pellets. Usually sold at lowes. These pellets have cause me a great deal of headaches. They leave some sort of hard residue which makes it difficult for the furnace to auto ignite. I have been heating with pellets as a primary fuel for almost ten years and these are some of the worst pellets to use. I forgot the brand but the cheap pellets i bought at home depot worked a lot better than these.
