Last weekend I ordered a chicken quesadilla without jalapeño & it came with chipotle ranch & a big cup of sour cream. It was hands down best chicken quesadilla I’ve ever had. It was crunchy. The chicken was cut thin & both the chicken and cheese spread all the way to the outer edges. It was SO good, I was looking forward to another one. I had my husband order and pick up food. My food was burnt. So bunt the cheese hollowed out of the hot pepper cheese bites. I called and no one would answer the phone. I would like a refund. Wish they would answer the phone…..
So I ordered a dozen garlic parm wings thru door dash and when they come I open the box and see that there is not parm just garlic butter where’s the parm
Ordered 1/2 mushroom 1/2 pepperoni (sent whole pepperoni) also Forgot part of the order! Their New phone system doesn’t even allow to speak to an employee, no consideration for the fact delivery fee was door dash (not my choice, they have no in house delivery drivers) so my cost was inflated and overall just not happy. I’ll probably be ordering my pizza and wings elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service! Do Better!
my server marjorie IS THE BEST.!she smiled and greeted me instantly.took my order real quick.got it all correct.didnt take long to cook.!the food was AMAZINGGG.deff going back.!the energy from my server made my day.! i wish their was more servers out there like herr.!!thank youuu.<3
