I’ve had the privilege of working with Jessica for resilience training, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and brings so much care and compassion to every session. Jessica has helped me navigate some of the more difficult parts of life and guided me in ways that have allowed me to grow not only emotionally, but as a person overall. Her support, insight, and dedication make a real difference, and I’m deeply grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my life.

Jessica agreed to work with me after I retired from an office job. I had not exercised much at all and was not in good shape. She has helped me get stronger, helped me activate muscles I didn’t know I had and helped me increase my endurance. I am able to play with my grandkids more and have more confidence in my body’s abilities. Jessica also shares tips for eating well and staying healthy. Training with Jessica is a very positive aspect of my life.

I had the opportunity to visit Inferno Fitness on a short-term membership while staying in the area. There were a few gyms i could have chosen from, and I definitely made the right choice: Jessica made signing up and paying quick and convenient, and was thorough in offering me a tour of the space and answering my questions. GREAT GYM!!! It's small but has every piece of free weight equipment you need. The owner Jessica is top notch.
