Everything is nice, accept the MA who answers the phone. She had an attitude and definitely not a way to speak to patients
Dr Bailey is awesome and patient and takes his time, highly recommended
Staff is nice. Main doctor became nasty and yet, said derogatory info, even though another doctor in the same practice did not say a word about my understanding any differently. Treating a patient in such a way when they are already stage 4 cancer and sick most of the time is unacceptable. Be careful who you ask questions to. They may even suggest you find a semi retired doctor instead of them when you clearly need a hospital based doctor. Wow!!!
I write my review overwhelmingly and full of gratefulness for my experience with Dr. Cortez there in your Infectious Disease unit there at GBMC! Having worked at GBMC in my younger years (Gilchrist Hospice) and birthing my daughter there at GBMC 25 years ago, I truly can say both Dr. Cortez and Dr. Prakash were hands down the best experiences I have ever had at any hospital!
