Dr. Penn and his staff are amazing. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and the doctor. They have help me with a complex health issue and I am so grateful. Highly recommend.
Dr Penn and his staff have helped me considerably. I was shocked that they actually take the time to really listen, ask lots of questions and try to get to the bottom of the issues instead of trying to fit everyone into a 5 minute slot. What a welcome relief.
Hideous, horrible unprofessional woman that answered the phone. Kept cutting me off and I was trying to ask of I could have specialist send records directly. She said no and would not explain anything clearly. She treated me like I was an annoyance and would not listen to what I was asking. She told me to go somewhere else. Just disgusting that someone would treat anyone in this manner but especially someone looking for help. If I was this provider I would fire anyone for treating any human the way she treated me. Says Dr. Penn is lyme disease literate doctor on website, but when you call them they say they are not lyme literate. Bunch of lying people.
