Appointment was for 2. Showed up at 1:30 as requested. Called back at 2:05 for vitals and to be told the dr is still at hospital making his afternoon rounds. I ask, did the dr not know he has my appointment scheduled for over a week and was told it shouldn't be over an hour wait. I waited till 2:35 and left. My time is just as important as your time. Maybe don't make appointments for times you're not gonna be there.
Dr. Baloch & his office staff are amazing! 10/10 highly recommended!
Terrible experience. Had an appointment today and arrived 5 minutes prior. The AC was broken and had been for 2 days according to the front office staff. After waiting for about 50 minutes I asked the receptionist if I had the right appointment time, which she confirmed I did. She said the doctor was making rounds in the hospital and was supposed to be back at 1400 (it was 1450 when this conversation took place, and I arrived at 1355) but they had no actual idea if and when he would return to his business.
