For those that are researching ID doctors, BEWARE!!! I saw Dr Pugliese for 3 years (every month) as he managed a chronic infection of mine. I left his practice because he would not make viable changes in my regimen when I informed him I was not improving but getting worse. He would say nonsense like I need to lose weight or stop picking up my kids. Dr Pugliese is an example of excellence within his field. I have been seeing him for 3 years now from a series of complications that Long Covid caused for me. He has always had a great perspective on solving these issues and improving my health. Many times he has chosen to advise a more natural path in assisting my recovery when most doctors would prefer to sell a prescription for a big commission. 3 years later I am feeling much better and have a healthy lifestyle, I can thank Dr Pugliese for that.
