Their receptionist called me and Dr. Madariaga told her I tested positive for TB and referred me to the health department! I explained I had surgery in April and he was looking at a CT from February. I do not have a more recent CT. He didn't like what he saw. Well, I have mycobacterium, non contagious, a cousin to TB. I also told her the doctor didn't know what he was talking about. Do not go here! Horrible communication and a doctor who does not have the facts in front of him or did not read them.
Dr. Vato was truly wonderful in explaining my course of treatment. I have dreaded taking the required drugs due to the necessary length of time as well as side effects. He assured me of their close monitoring during the course of treatment. He answered every question so patiently and I left him feeling more confident. His staff was extremely pleasant and so efficient and managed to schedule me within a week’s time. I do feel Im in the best of hands. Thank you, Dr. Vato.
