I WILL NEVER RETURN. 1. tiny waiting room. 2. very very late 3. very very crowded absolutely no place to sit left. (Happened several times. 4. misdiagnosed my infection 5. AND THEN THEY LOST MY RECORDS. 6. When the DOCTOR examined my foot (Which had been dianosed as MRSA without a glove and then placed my sockless foot flat on the floor without any paper protection that was the last straw for me. I never returned. I called several times to get my records because they were EXTREMELY important, They never located my records.

I got recommended to this office from my OBGYN however they were rude. They claimed that they did not take my kind of case but failed to explain why. They said, "they just dont do it, sorry" .. very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office.

Brenda is the gate keeper of id doctors in this office. Shes lazy, rude and if you want to know the cost of any shot. Procedure or lab, she most definitely will say 300. This office has refused to give my mother a meningitis vaccine after the dr in the office has specifically requested it on three occassions now. Brenda has determined its cheaper to go to walgreens and her insurance wont cover it, we even said we would pay, but Brenda's only does what she wants for who she wants.
