I have been going to infants for a couple of years now and never in my experience of coming here did I have to experience a wait time of nearly 2 hours or more just to been seen. My biggest concern is that DR RODRIGUEZ is inconsiderate of time , she’s unprofessional and doesn’t accommodate or apologize for the long wait time. Several visits to the doctor we have had to wait in the waiting room for an hour and then close to another hour in the back office. Also when we call we are put on hold and then have the call dropped. The doctors are excellent but the front office and waiting is very mismanaged.

I brought my 1-year-old son to Infants & Children's last week because he wasn’t feeling well. Since his primary pediatrician, wasn’t available, we saw Dr. Rodriguez instead. After waiting over an hour, Dr. Rodriguez spent about five minutes with us. She listened to his chest and said he had mucus buildup, prescribing a nebulizer with albuterol. The best! Infants and Children have cared for my kids since birth. Dr, Romear, Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Hanlon and their nurses are who we’ve seen the most. So thorough and caring during our appointments. My kids actually love going to their yearly appointments! I couldn’t be happier with this office of people and my kids health care team.
