Advocate Shane O'Neil in my opinion is nothing but a low life. Shane liked to have sex with young teenage girls at Studio One and thought he was cool in doing so. I for one would never support such a lowlife by having a tattoo done at his shop. There are plenty of other artists in the area that do not take advantage of young girls. Shane, you are a piece of junk and deserve all the karma coming your way.
