Extra friendly front desk. Which is important to me. Genuinely helpful! Walked in there with a piercing go bad situation and they had me in and out very quickly despite having a line out the door. Great advice too, definitely experts in the craft. The piercing apprentice didn’t even hurt me and I was definitely expecting pain because of previous body piercers changing out my jewelry at other shops. I will definitely go here in the future for whatever I need. 🙃

I had gone to Tori when infamous ink had their Autism event and got my first helix piercing with her in April. She did a great job. I then went back to her in July and got a second helix added to the same ear. It was healing well til I snagged the top loop earring helix on something. So, it formed a bump that was from a cut. She was able to clean it throughly today with tea tree oil treatment and put in titanium studs. She then taught me how to use the tea tree oil to heal it.
