Michelle was very experienced and knowledgeable. She told me what was going on with my body, something she didn't have to do, she put in extra work to make sure I left comfortable. I felt like I was at home we had a great conversation. As soon as I walked in she asked me what brought me in and how I was feeling and doing. Michelle was found by a family member who gifted me her body scrub service. I booked a full body scrub but the ONLY parts she scrubbed were the soles of my feet, calves, back of thighs, buttocks, and back. She also made a comment about me having, “the word that begins with an h”. She meant hidradentitis suppurativa (HS), which I do not, so that was very insulting.
