What a horrible company with the same attitude. We ordered our 10 set of xray lead from this company. This was supposed to be a large in size. We received the appropriate bottom piece (i.e. large) but the top was a small (but labeled large). We have a large apron and when we compared the sizes the new "large" was at least 4 inches shorter in multiple measurements! We placed another order for our clinic, which has never been a problem until now. The lead we ordered was not the correct size and could not fit anyone in our clinic. We had not even wore it in a case and the rep Greg Dawson would not allow us to return for a bigger size or a credit so we could receive the correct size. The owner and physician of the company called the rep to discuss options after giving me a run for our money, and was very unprofessional.
