I have just recently started seeing Inez again, and it's nice to have someone who listens, validates feelings and than truly does offer some calming solutions. She has a compassion I feel a lot of therapists have lost and that's to just listen and not judge. Inez is the first therapist in a long time I feel like I can trust.

If you lead any sort of life that isn’t the “status quo” you’ll soon feel degraded and as if you’re doing life “wrong”. (i.e. vegetarian, self employed, not working a 9-5) Not only did she routinely cut sessions short with me, she felt the need to point out in a condescending tone that I “took notes” during our sessions. I wanted a therapist who would be direct and down to earth and I found her! Inez gave guidence to attain the "goal" I wanted and needed. I felt very comfortable with her and didn't feel judged.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. if you have any kind of sexual trauma or mental illness, this is the last person you want to talk to. degrading experience. turned me away from therapy for years
