had an insurance claim for roof and gutter, NOT one time did they call me to let me know any progress or appointments. would just show up with adjusters, etc... I asked to have gutter covers installed prior to installation to keep leaves out and I received a quote, told them to go ahead (quote was way too much but it was convenient) Never installed them, never contacted me again for anything... I would 100% NEVER recommend this company
