Austin has repaired two of my vehicles in the last year. I will not go anywhere else. I am very fortunate that I found this shop first, being new to the area. His repairs are spot on, and the color match is perfect. I highly recommend this shop. I tell all my friends; this is the only place to take your vehicle.
Front bumper and small section of driver's door scraped up really bad from a supermarket hit & run while shopping. Damage was reviewed by Austin who was able to find a new discounted bumper which saved me a considerable amount of money. Had an issue with car in Montana while driving home. Called Tactical Collision ordered the part over the phone. When we reached SC the part was in and less than 48 hours later and car was fixed. Staff was great. Communications were on point. Best repair experience in a long time. Go see these people, they make repair of a vehicle less painful.
Picked up my BMW the other day from Tactical collision. Austin was precise,polite and professional. The vehicle was done on time and it came out perfectly. He saved me money and even provided a rental car. I highly recommend them for all of your auto body work.
They were wonderful and did an AMAZING job fixing and painting my son’s wrecked car!!! It looks brand new and they worked with us to have it finished in the time frame we needed. Highly recommend them!!!
