I bought an aftermarket bumper and needed it installed. I called around a few places and Tactical gave me the best quote. I dropped it off right when they opened on a Tuesday morning, and they had a it ready for me to be picked up by closing time that evening as requested. If I ever need any more body work done for my 1997 Jeep Wrangler I would bring it back here without hesitation.
Austin has repaired two of my vehicles in the last year. I will not go anywhere else. I am very fortunate that I found this shop first, being new to the area. His repairs are spot on, and the color match is perfect. I highly recommend this shop. I tell all my friends; this is the only place to take your vehicle.
I have had two body repairs done here this summer and I was amazed at how perfect the work was. My car looks better than new! And to my surprise they cleaned the vehicle inside and out before I picked it up… I am a perfectionist and their detailing was better than I do myself! This shop is absolutely the best. Would never go anywhere else.
They repaired my 2024 4Runner and came in under budget. They also pulled out a small unassociated dent for free. Austin is great to work with. It was a few miles further from other shops but I'd quickly do it again. Also it's locally small business owned. You can't go wrong with them.
Front bumper and small section of driver's door scraped up really bad from a supermarket hit & run while shopping. Damage was reviewed by Austin who was able to find a new discounted bumper which saved me a considerable amount of money. Also had door touched up rather than painting it entirely, as well as scrape on passenger's rear side, 15 year old Subaru Forester looks brand new.
