If I could give this negative stars, I would.
It cost me a vacation day at work and a 2hr drive to come to my appointment on a day you were CLOSED. Why did you do that to me? Now you want me to give you another vacation day and another road trip to try again? Beyond frustrated but this is what the medical profession has been reduced to in all areas. Nobody knows how to fo their jobs anymore.
Dr. Bachove is an extraordinary doctor. She has helped me immensely by diagnosing and expediting the process to get me the help that I need. She was there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend her!
