The doctor is very good, but the people who work around her have no idea what they’re doing. There’s a serious lack of coordination and communication. They cancel appointments as they please, schedule too many patients at the same time, and the wait times are hours long. Dr. Bachove is an absolute delight. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her field, she explains everything in simple enough language so that her patient can understand thoroughly. Her upbeat personality and delightful bedside manner made me feel so comfortable with her, as if I were always speaking with a close friend during our consultations.
