I had high hopes when I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Normatov, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the start, the office staff seemed disorganized and I had to wait over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no explanation or apology. Once I finally saw Dr. Normatov I was underwhelmed.
