Overall experience was ok. However, I would recommend getting anything Ines offers or says over the phone in writting. When dealing with her over the phone she quoted a price and estimate time to complete work along with a possible refund of remaining retain if completed in less time which it was in my case. In addition work was completed but delay to receive due software or computer issues she stated. Ines was referred to me for a serious family law matter, and although my matter was a little outside her expertise she went above and beyond in helping me, spending much more time with me than the allotted free consultation and offered excellent advice and referrals to more appropriate help.
