This is an outstanding product for resistance training, just a small amount of time is needed for fantastic cardio results. The training videos on the website offer both beginner and advanced techniques which are super helpful. I have incorporated this band training into my daily exercise routine and sometimes when pressed for time I only use the bands to get an abbreviated workout. Have recommended them to all my friends!

This is an amazing conditioning tool. It will raise your heart rate without tiring your arms like battle ropes. And the strength training aspect with the handles is a game changer.

Its a great low impact workout. We bought both single and Duo both great workouts. My wife has Fibromyalgia so with all the extra steriods, she has been taking, she has putting on some extra weight. She has been able to do the Interia Wave with out no flare ups and getting a good workout in. Is a great HIIT workout between working out with weight sets torching the calories. This supplier might have THE best customer service I have ever experienced. I had questions so I called and was lucky enough to speak with Dave with invented this thing. he was amazing, so helpful and informative and we geeked out to the science behind this item a bit as well. As we were hanging up, he said if you order in the next few minutes it will ship today, I am packing orders now.
