Hello, I received the Solo via FedEx yesterday and wanted to say how much I enjoyed using the product for the first time today. I watched the videos first and all of the creative ways to secure the bands. Here’s a photo that you can see below which I believe is a unique one with the stationary bike! Also, I was wearing the Electro body vest and pants which really amped up the intensity. I suffer from rotator issues and tendon strains in both shoulder areas. Just got mines yesterday and I immediately went outside and started using them. So simple to set up and less than 30 seconds you are ready to battle. I love the color I chose and the colored matched straps that are attached. I am so glad I found this company with excellent customer service. Trust me you will not regret purchasing.

Great HIIT workout. I have battle ropes as well but feel these hit the whole body more than the battle ropes. The battle ropes hit your arms and shoulders more and once those tire out then you're done. With the Inertia Wave you'll feel it immediately in your back because your postural muscles are force to bring your arms back to fight the pull the bands create and with all the different movements you're getting a total body workout. Use coupon code SHREDDED for a small discount (you're welcome).

This is an amazing conditioning tool. It will raise your heart rate without tiring your arms like battle ropes. And the strength training aspect with the handles is a game changer.
