Danica is amazing! She diagnosed the root cause of my shoulder tightness almost immediately and helped alleviate in the office. Danica then put me on a combination program of stretching and strengthening in between office sessions. My wife also visited her to help her back tightness. I highly recommend Danica for your PT wellness!
