My experience at inertia has been nothing short of fantastic. All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgable. I love that I had the chance to sit down with Aly and create a plan for my skin. The results have been INCREDIBLE. I also had my lips filled, despite my needle phobia. Dont spend your money here. I had high expectations based on my previous experiences with Aly in her previous job, but my visits were disappointing. I was initially told that my monthly treatments did not expire, but later was informed they only remain valid for active members but by that time, I had already cancelled, so I lost sessions I paid for. Aly is amazing, and the team was so responsive and focused on making sure that all my needs were taken care of. And being a guy, I was a little nervous at first going to a med spa, but Aly is great and the concierge doctor is legit. Honestly, its helped I've felt at home and welcome whenever I go. Also Inertia is a great gift for mom and the wife. Make sure to get the full year membership tho, since it's the best deal.
