Great experience working with James and the team at Warner Ineos. The Grenadier has been a dream vehicle for my wife for several years. Thank for being a part of making this dream come true. It’s really a spectacular vehicle.
Went in to buy a used GMC 2500HD, and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and service of the dealership. James was very friendly, let me test drive the truck on my own (a lot of places around here don’t) and wasn’t pushy at all. My girlfriend also loved playing with his super friendly dog. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used car. 10/10!
Really great experience. Staff was very friendly, while also getting us through the process of buying a new car very quickly. I also appreciate that they never pushed for us to buy extra things for the car, if we said no to something, they would just move on. They even had the car ready to go when we showed up for our test drive, and we barely ever had to sit and wait for someone. Again, great experience and great staff, and if I ever need to buy another car I'm hoping to come here again.
Unexpected surprise. BOTH the truck and the dealership. Steve helped me make an impulse buy of an INEOS Grenadier , no car dealer sales tactics here just two salt of the earth dudes trading stories. I actually think Jerry their AI bot (hi Jerry 👋) pushes harder for the close. I’m excited to be part of this family and to introduce e my family to this family … thank you guys I’m INEOS for life! When do we get our tattoos?
I fell on some bad luck when my car gave up the ghost. Steve was awesome and made an overwhelming, stressful, situation feel manageable. He was able to work with me and get me into a car that fit not only my needs but the needs of my growing family. He was easy going, fun to talk to, and patient as could be with my predicament. 10/10
