I’m new to the Austin area and had some trouble finding a new salon. So glad I found Ineffable for a much-needed hefty trim on my long locks. Keep your eye out for the sign, but it was a convenient location and I had a confirmed appointment for next day service. Professional, clean, and efficient. Thank you, Idalia!!

Update! The owner reached out and she is a gem absolutely the best I explained what happened and she explained how and I just felt bad about how my hair came out I was just gonna leave and not do a review and live with it but I'm so so very glad she reached out after I verbalized my frustration. Idalia did a great job for what I sent her to what I got it just wasn't what I wanted it to be. Idalia is a healthy hair Advocate and while my hair felt great I did not like the look. Love Jennifer’s work!! She was very professional and kind. She explained the process of having lash extensions and what she will be doing step by step. The whole process was relaxing and I really enjoyed it. I am really happy with my lashes and will be a full time client for Jennifer. Jenny’s Brows is great!
