Working with Camille is a wonderful experience. She truly takes the time to gather the information needed to meet you where you are and create an adaptive plan to help you realize your goals. Her knowledge and ability to help you make connections to your own body awareness truly set her apart from other service providers.
Camille is amazingly caring and kind. She really knows how to support new mamas and help with C-section recovery! I'm so thankful for her help!
I am thankful I heard about Camille! She quickly figured out exercises I could do to help strengthen my pelvic floor. She also figured out strategies for the exercises I do in my CrossFit class so that I can continue if I want to-I was impressed with that!
Camille has helped me so much! I first went to her for pelvic floor physical therapy August 2024-January 2025 and then again during pregnancy earlier this year. I have felt very comfortable working with her, and she always made herself available for questions between my monthly appointments. I'm very thankful I found her.

She was incredibly helpful in preparing me for labor, especially through breathing techniques and exercises I could easily practice at home. Those tools made me feel much more prepared.
