RecommendedIndy Soft Water was great to work with. Jennifer in sales was very helpful over the phone in quoting the new equipment and setting up the install appointment. Jay and Brandon arrived on time for the install and did a great job in installing the new softener. They also did a great job in explaining the new equipment.
From start to finish Indy Soft Water consistently takes the best care of our water softener and reverse osmosis system. Marc our tech was outstanding during our recent checkup. He diagnosed and fixed a small issue before it became a bigger problem, and was very thorough with explaining the details about filters, etc. It’s a comfort to know that our water is clean and healthy, thanks to Indy Soft Water!

Marc was out to our house to perform maintenance on a unit we purchased in 2016. As always, service was prompt and professional. Just had Marc Install out new water softer. Marc was very professional and fast! I have been very impressed with the whole team of professionals at Indy Soft Water. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of renting over purchasing.
We had a great experience with Indy soft water.First they have accommodated our request to be early at a short notice and then the technician was very personable very nice knowledgeable . He answered all our questions and basically educate us about the soft water and hot water and scaling that happens as a result of plumbing system. Will definitely use their services again
I hired Indy Soft Water to install a water softener for our new construction house. Brandon came out and did a great job. He was timely, professional and clear on what I should do to maintain the system. Brandon pointed out a couple different aspects and gave me a guide on how to setup the WiFi. He also made a tremendous effort to not damage my brand new house which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Indy Soft Water.
