I called for a quote 2 times the first time the guy hang up on me the second time he actually pick up but was very rude! Like he was doing me a favor! Then he wasn’t helpful at all! Mate! You are in the wrong business! My money is green and as value! If you can’t value a paying customer my business is going somewhere else!
From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with IPS. We had previously gone with another stone supplier, and the product they delivered/installed was just bad. Out of square cuts, offset sinks, sloppy install, and silicone everywhere. After getting a refund and removal from the first company, we called IPS. Within about 2 weeks, we had an absolutely perfect countertop installed in our master bathroom. WARNING: think twice before hiring! Their installers couldn't control their trailer and ended up running their truck into my front yard twice, causing a muddy mess with two deep ruts. They didn't report it, just carried on as though nothing happened. When I approached them neither of them cooperated - who they worked for, contact info, etc. The homeowner got in touch with the company - Eric Vorm is the owner.
