Would not recommend Indy Lube in Danville. We dropped my girlfriend’s car off specifically for brake pads only. The rotors were replaced not long ago and did not need to be changed — the pads that were installed previously were low quality and wore out quickly. Jeff called with a quote saying the car needed pads and rotors. I told him it did not need rotors, and his response was, “Are you mechanically inclined?” That’s a completely unprofessional question to ask a customer, especially from someone trying to sell work.
