I was initially excited to work with Ken and his team. Ken was professional and responsive during the quoting process and we felt his pricing was fair. Ultimately, our opinion is he oversold and underdelivered for many reasons. One reason being his emphasis on communication, however, his subs or employees would arrive and ask me what was to be worked on for the day. Home Experts Indy did a phenomenal job in our half bath and guest spaces. The team installed a beautiful pedestal sink and hardware, adjusted the plumbing with precision, and completed the room with a flawless paint job. I couldn’t be happier with the work Chris and his team did in my office. They were efficient, professional, and took great care with every detail. The painting was immaculate, even around tricky areas like the shutters, and the installation of all the equipment was seamless. Ken and his team did a beyond excellent job finishing our basement. They are organized, prompt, reliable, and friendly. It was apparent that each person we interacted with was knowledgeable and took pride in their job. Ken came to oversee the project regularly, and communication was consistent. I highly recommend Indy Home Experts for your next project! We had them come back and install some white oak open shelving and a fireplace mantle for us upstairs as well—another great experience!
