Ken was referred to me by a coworker because I needed several small repairs done around my 50+ y.o. home. I was very pleased with the turnaround time to get an estimate and get the work done. Also the communication between both Ken and the office staff (re: billing and scheduling) was very good. I've used Home Experts twice now and have passed along their info to several people.

I have hired Indy home Experts for 2 different jobs a room addition/sun room 2 years ago and they were amazing and made the room better than I had envisioned. So when I was looking at a Garage conversion into a full Bedroom suite with full bath, walk in closet and room for home office they were my first call and once again they provided a working and functional addition to my home. They will again be my first call on my next project.

I was initially excited to work with Ken and his team. Ken was professional and responsive during the quoting process and we felt his pricing was fair. Ultimately, our opinion is he oversold and underdelivered for many reasons. One reason being his emphasis on communication, however, his subs or employees would arrive and ask me what was to be worked on for the day. Also disappointing were the consistent errors, low quality work, and avoidable damage created in other areas of our home, which I had to pay a different contract... read more
