Multiple issues for two patients across 2 years. Consistently poor customer service. Strong recommendation to look for other eye care.
I would give zero stars if I could. While they had a great Dr. and staff the billing manager refused to keep me and my family of 6 as patients over a simple insurance issue that could have easily been resolved. They are very short staffed now, they don't answer their phones and now they have very limited hours at the Westfield location. Save yourself the headache and find a competent eye doctor.
Dr Kassenbrock is great! And the staff are always friendly and helpful.
I just had my first appointment here as a new patient and I am very pleased with the care I received. From the front desk, to vision testing with Dr. Kassenbrock, and picking out my glasses, I felt that everyone took their time with me!
Ridiculous wait time! Appt scheduled for 10:40am, arrival/check in time 10:30am, still waiting to see the doctor at 12:10pm
