The staff is exceptional, friendly and so helpful! Fantastic service, Dr. Schottman was great! Asked questions, super involved with the level of care provided. Very down-to-earth and great personality! I'm happy with the level of service provided for not only myself, but for my two teenagers! 🤌

Went 1 year with a completely wrong prescription. I’ve left messages to get my new contacts ordered a week ago. No call back, no order, no accountability, no service, no eye sight!
Zero stars. This company does not care about you or the care you receive.
I would give 0 if there is an option. I went to the hospital with dry eye issue, asked for a note saying that I have dry eyes and they refused. I should have gone to a different eye physician if I had known about this earlier. I would strongly recommend going other eye physicians
