Active Duty Military here, I've had a great experience in the last couple years coming here and seeing Dr. Lawson. She and her well orchastrated team are always sure to keep things on par with billing with United Concordia (insurance for military). They've also been so kind and done an exemplary job at taking care of me and my family without any issues at all. Thank you and keep up the great service!
This place was amazing! My husband had a tooth that cracked and needed pulled ASAP. They got him in at 10:30 and had tooth pulled within minutes, numbed him well. The dentist Malory even called at 5pm to check on him! You never get a doctor to call and check up on you I was amazed at the care they have done for my husband! Highly recommend!! Thank you Malory!
Very kind and caring staff! All the people there were so nice while I was dealing with a dental emergency. They were upfront with costs and what was covered by my insurance. The dentist even called me later in the afternoon to check if I was doing better. I have never had a follow up call from any dentist ever! It was so nice to see someone who cares about their patients.
I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Lawson and her staff are amazing!! They treat you like family, explain everything and the cost before doing the procedures!! We're fixing to move to the Southside of Indy but will remain patients here because I don't want to leave them!! I don't dread going to the dentist now!!
Always nervous about finding a new dentist, the wonderful people at Fortville Indy Dental Group made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice to seek out care from them. Went in for a cleaning/new patient appointment, they ended up identifying a cavity and got me in a couple of days later to have it taken care of.
