Tony was a gentleman helping my wife whos battery had gone flat just up the road from the shop, he leant her a jump pack to get the car going and he then proceeded to drop everything he was working on to fit a new battery for her on the spot. Nice to see good old fashioned service still exists, thanks Tony!
Tony was able to fit me in at short notice for some checks. Great friendly attitude. Will definitely be back if I need any future works or repairs!

Squeezed me in the nick of time for a Noise test
Took my BMW here for an EPA test today. Tony is really helpful and he did my test within 15 mins despite me being 30 mins late to the appointment. He's also reasonable in finding a middle ground between meeting EPA licensing standards/regulations and the noisiness of certain exhaust systems such as my car which was louder than usual on cold start-up but is quiet once on the roads. He even makes an allowance of a couple of decibels above the prescribed threshold to be fair.
