Mark Martinez is a very good worker and he said and did what he had promised he said that he would get me into a car and he did just that and i am very grateful for his hard work and was wonderful and I plan to return when looking for an upgrade Thank you so much Mark.

I went to Indy Auto Finance cause I had been turned down by other dealerships. But Mark was able to get me financed with no hassle or games. He worked really hard to get me a van cause I have a big family of 8 and he got it for us right before Christmas. This is the only place I would recommend.
I bought two Groupons for detailing. I tried to schedule an appointment. They never answer their phone. They have a voice mail box for groupon customers to leave information pertaining to their deal, their phone number and groupon expiration date. They say they are backed up and will call when appointments are available. A month went by. I tried to call multiple times. No answer. Do not....I repeat....DO NOT do any business with these clowns. I made the mistake of buying their premium detail groupon. After two weekends of frustration, my car still has not been detailed, and my key is missing. First of all, they're not open on weekends. Premium Detail is NOT PREMIUM, NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!! – I took a very dirty car to Indy Auto Spa for the Premium Detail- one that I had just purchased from a relative. It's a nice car (Toyota Solara Convertible) but definitely needed some serious cleaning. I've had vehicles detailed before at a place in Castleton - so I figured this would be as good or better, since the premium detail at Indy Auto Spa costs $100+ more than the detailing I'd purchased in the past at the Castleton business. False Advertising Scam Artists! – Absolutely horrendous performance of a detail. Folks are better served getting a carwash at a gas station. Total Jerks – I wish I would have read reviews before suggesting someone buy me this Groupon for a gift!! I discovered when I called to make an appt that I apparently needed to schedule it TWO MONTHS in advance - which unfortunately was going to put it outside the Groupon expiration date. They could CARE LESS. Any other busienss would have honored it - it's not like I was CALLING after it expired. In addition to that, the person I talked with was a total jerk and hung up on me. Will you pay $100+ for car wash and vacuum? Dont think so. – I bought a groupon for a premium detailing at Indy Auto Spa. I am extremely unsatisfied with these folks and their ineptitude to deliver the services, customers paid for. 1. The services provided by "Indy Auto Spa" were not as advertised. Details follow. 2. I was entitled to the "Premium Detail - Starting at $300" program as per my Groupon order.
