So far Huntington is better than Cadence honestly. Not any huge issues so far. Any time you got a new card with Cadence, they'd flag your transaction for fraud
Industry state bank sold out. Let me tell you this new bank is the worst bank in town. Beware! And stay far away. Industry sold our mortgage along with everyones else's. And these people at cadence have been nothing and I mean nothing but trouble. Mortgage advisors are not even in town anymore. They are in Alabama! One specifically named Jeffery Gravlee 100% passive aggressive.
Terrible bank they keep locking my card because they think every Amazon order is fraud. When I call to unlock it I’m on hold for 15+ min I can’t even access my funds
