Edit: I wanted to go from blonde to brunette. The stylist bleached my hair, toned it darker and let me walk out with extremely patchy hair that I noticed when I went home to take pictures. The salon did set me up with a different stylist who fixed it after I complained. My hair feels pretty damaged now after the bleach job 🥴 (paid around $700 for this and a haircut and was allowed to leave looking like this) I highly recommend the salon! Industry was the perfect salon for the cut and blowout I wanted to get for my birthday while traveling to Seattle. Coming from NYC, I did a little research to find something similar to the salon I usually go to in Tribeca, and sure enough this was it. Thank you so much to Ava for the special attention to my hair and my wishes, as well as all her advice about keeping my curly hair hydrated. I got an amazing haircut for my birthday!
I love Industry! And I especially love Andy, my stylist. I swear I say “wow” at the end of every single appointment and walk out feeling amazing. I have a very weird hair history — I shaved my head once (my Britney era), and I tried to go red at a different salon (my Cheeto era), so trusting anyone with my hair has always been hard for me.
