Tell me why is one of your drivers cuting us off so damn close where we have to hit the brakes extremely hard and fast to avoid getting into a accident. Like damn i hit the damn dash board from how hard we had to hit the brakes

I'm not sure what Kevin's issue was with Wendy, but in my dealings with her, she's been professional, courteous, and helpful. She's clearly very knowledgeable about the products they deal with. As a long-term customer, Industry Lift has my business.

Very bad and meaning service . A crew member of this company called WENDY, a no respectful customer service , yelling and never solving the problems . She quoted me 2 forklifts on Nov. 8th Friday , and charged me on that day , but dropped the forklifts on 11th Nov, Monday . But , one of the forklifts was not working on 15th Nov. Friday , I called her , and told her the problems , bits she had a short memory and said I didn’t tell the details of the forklift . She hanged up my phones 2 times, and yelling and screaming.
