Their results was questionable after I got them I rechecked them with two other labs and found their lab was wrong on my results causing my medication to be stopped
If I could give zero stars I would. Found this place offering COVID tests with guaranteed results the next day by 1159PM. Sounds great and would be if they actually provided results. I was tested on Monday 1/10/22 and it’s currently Friday 1/14/22 and still no results. I waited until results were 12 hours past guaranteed time before I started making phone calls. For one, they charge an insane $120 for a COVID test. Two, when calling to follow up on the results of the test, whoever answers the phone is incredibly rude. No customer service skills. After robbing our bank, you'd think they'd at least be kind when you want your results. Terrible.
Sent in my sample Friday 4th of September for a flight that requires no later than 96 hour result for covid. im sitting here on Sunday at 4:00Pm with no results and a 6Am flight on Monday. This is a horrible company do no use
