Our home was damaged by a recent storm that came through Naperville. We thought the wind and hail were going to shatter our windows and break through the roof. There were a lot of roofers in the area but luckily my neighbor recommended Industry Elite Services. They were very professional and handled everything. Thank you to their entire team.
It was a pleasure working with Corey initially. However, when replacing the roof shingles they removed my attic fan and all my vents (11 vents) and did not replace the plywood and properly close these areas. We called Corey and sent text messages several times requesting that the attic fan be replaced. I was first approached by Mr. Reuben Barron about my roof and the need for it to be replaced, the first thing I noticed was his professionalism and knowledge. Corey was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. The team that installed our roof was respectful and hardworking. Talked to a couple of the team members and they were really nice. The project took 3 days and they cleaned up after every day. Roof looks great!
